All of the chalets are privately owned and any agreement to rent is with the owners themselves. 

The purchase of a one or two bedroomed chalet introduces a new owner to apply for membership to the Country Club, a non-profit private Members Club. Annual site fees cover the site’s running costs and contribute to the variety of entertainment options available on site. It also includes the upkeep of the Country Club and Golf Club and the numerous sporting and recreational facilities available.  Membership to the 9 hole Golf Course comes at a discounted fee for Country Club owners. (note the Golf Club House comprises a public bar and Links Restaurant) free use to all)  Site fees for 2024 are £4498.00

There is also a one off membership fee of £420.00 if you wish to purchase a chalet on site.

The site is open from March 1st through to October 31^st, however it's also open weekends throughout the year and over the Christmas period from the 15th December for a three week period 

The Board and Management are keen to express that all chalets are privately owned and as such they cannot accept any responsibility for individual holiday rental agreements.
